Jose’s place is great. Cozy, comfortable, and the views!!!! gorgeous views. 🥰 The non-stop soundtrack of the waves, the whales and dolphins playing in the ocean, and the sunsets are superior. The staff are very friendly and so helpful, they made us feel at home. There are plenty of sunbeds, and the lovely Carlos will bring them down to the beach with you. We had breakfast nearly every morning at the restaurant, which was delicious. The green juice is a must. The cove in front of the apartment is very pretty, clean, and relatively quiet. The only complaint is the hotel next door that has pool events a couple times a week, which definitely can be annoying, so bring some headphones ;) With trepidation, we highly recommend staying here, with our fear being that the next time we won't be able to find time available

We have stayed in various Airbnb and hotels in Guadalajara over 10 years and this was the best location, value, and most comfortable. It was spotless, convenient yet still quiet and perfect environment with our toddler. José was kind, responsive and very considerate. Will be staying here again!!

Jose’s place at oceanfront Condominios Las Peñas is a wonderful gem. The extra wide sandy beach is spectacular! The unit 401 is beautiful with many amenities, and Jose was the perfect host. I highly recommend Las Peñas for families who want a great playa and heated swimming pool for themselves & their kids. The location along the South Shore simply means a little advance planning with groceries, although there is a little restaurant kitchen onsite and the owners are super friendly. When we went north to Zona Romántica, we just walked about 100 meters to the adjacent Park Royal Hotel and the guys there called a taxi for us, very easy. There’s also a bus stop nearby (just 10 pesos each) to go north to Puerto Vallarta or south to Mismaloya. Back in Las Peñas, the ocean is gorgeous, clean, warm. Of course, be sure to exercise caution and watch yourselves and your kids in the surf: the undertow can be quite strong. That’s the case all along the Bay of Banderas playas.

Our family of 6 (adults) just finished a 1 week vacation at José's condo and it was nothing short of perfect! The condo was exactly as shown, in fact the views from the patio and master bedroom exceeded our expectations. The pool and lounger chairs were always available for all 6 of us and the poolside food/drink service and the staff was amazing. I didn't see a nicer beach anywhere on the coastline. Parking was always available and conveniently right next to the door. The daily cleaning service was fantastic. The resort next door added a nice energy to the atmosphere and the restaurant two doors over offered a nice well priced menu with spectacular sunset views and a nice walk home along the beach. Only 15-20 min drive to the heart of the Romantic Zone in PV and its endless bars, restaurants and shopping. We are already looking forward to our next visit and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation so amazing!

Jose was an excellent host, great instructions and very responsive. The condo was beautiful, with amazing views. Marlen the house keeper was excellent and Carlos at the pool restaurant bar/restaurant was a great help and excellent server. Would definitely recommend this condo if you want out of the city , but yet easy to get to. Thanks for a great stay

My friend and I didn't want to leave José's place! It was so spacious, comfortable, and clean, and perfectly located for beach and pool time. We especially loved all the comfortable places to relax inside and on the balcony, and the views are impeccable. Would love to come back again someday!

Muy amables los anfitriones, Jose estuvo al pendiente de todo. El lugar es ideal para relajarse es muy privado y no hay ruidos, así como la alberca en la parte de arriba estaba ideal para este calorcito. Lo único que es recomiendo es rentar un carro por qué la movilidad es necesario para cualquier cosa fuera del condominio.

Our family of 6 loved this place! From the view, to the private beach, and the restaurant’s food - everything was a lovely, relaxing experience. My parents are very picky when it comes to Mexico stays since they are actually from this area, so it says a lot when they raved to me that they would love to come to this exact Airbnb again for our next PV trip. City/downtown areas are about 15-20 min drive away, which we didn’t mind since we had a rental car and enjoyed the peace and privacy of our stay. The service and people were amazing as well! Everyone made us feel welcomed. Only slight complain I had from my brothers was regarding the WiFi being a tad bit slow, but the rest of us didn’t mind much since there was so much to do and the TVs were set up with Prime TV, HBO, etc anyways. Jose was also a great host and provided us with various tips and restaurant recommendations which made us feel right at home. 10/10 experience!
